History/Background: At 30, Devlin is still a much sought after bachlor. Rich and powerful, he plays the Game of Houses very well. Out in public he travels in the circles of high society, as a lord he goes around gambling and drinking. Very rarely would he join the rest of the males as they go to brothels or whoring, prefering instead to be very discreet with his lady friends, no matter how rare it can be. He also developed a reputation of being eccentric and insane and doing and thinking up the most crazy things. Society believes that it was because of what happened when he was kidnapped, so some of them fear him and not to feel his unpredictable wrath does his bidding.  does not believe in love, thinking it a weakness and a waste of time. Though in truth... He has loved once a very long time ago.

When he was 10, while playing in the forest with his sister Avangelyne, he got kidnapped. By whom and exactly why still remains a mystery. The evidence showed that it was done by a group of beings, and that he was experimented on. When the ransom of 5 million gold was met, his parents were given a note to go and pick him up in some remote area two hours away. There they found him chained up and much changed. Since then, he has never really been the same person.

The trauma left him desolate for awhile and it was so bad, his young mind seemed to erase what had happened to him. The only thing that the experiments seemed to give him was a sense that he knew when his sister is in trouble with feelings of fear, panic and distress. Good hearing and very good instincts was another effect as well as an affinity for blood at least once a month. His eyes where the only physcal signs left, changing them from a what used to be dark brown to a brown reddish hue. They would sometimes glow redder depending on his emotions.

What he turned out to be will only be roleplayed out... However... his life is now dominated by the seasons and the phases of the moon.
