I was born at a very early age just before the war , the only thing i know about the war was what i saw at the flicks when my Mam took me ,My dad went into the war in the R A M C in India ,when he came home he knock on the door , And i said Mam there is a black man at our door , she said its your DAD , I said my DADs not black , My wife and i have 3 sons ,6 Grandchildren ,and one great granchild BY Speedy |

Born at home during an air raid on Bristol that demolished 9 ajdacent homes and killed 38 neighbours. Evidently I was lost in a cloud of soot and smoke but my Mum found me ; that was something I think she sometimes regreted as I was growing up. A Wednesdays child that is not full of woe. Always felt lucky to be alive so I tend to do things today cos tommorrow may be to late.
