This person, called Sabre has the most beautiful things, he calls Sabre Mists that he puts up, and then you take and add something to it and make a Picture tag.  They are what he calls Tubes.  I call them layers.  lol

 

Anyway, this is what I made from his creation and another picture I had saved from somewhere.  What do you think?
