Sky-Bubble Meditation
As with any meditation, it is important to relax your body and your mind before you begin. Being aware of the tension in your body is the first step towards eliminating it for self improvement and growth. Take in three very deep, slow, calming breaths. Breathe white light in through your nose (the healing light of the Universe), and as you exhale through your mouth, see the tension and negativity leaving as a stream of darkness. Allow the beam to disipate well above your head, beyond the reach of your aura by surrounding it with Golden-Divine Light.
Now while your body is relaxed, make a fist with either hand and put your attention completely on the fist. Become aware of how the "stress and tension" feels in your body. After becoming aware of this, take a deep breath, and as you exhale, release the fist and feel the tension leave your body. Repeat with the opposing hand.
````````````` Now that you are aware of how the tension feels in your body, relax yourself one more time. Take in three deep relaxing breaths, breathing deep into your belly, then slowly exhale, letting that tension drain from your body once more.
Now, starting at your toes, tense and relax each portion of your body, allowing the tension to leave through your breath.
Now picture yourself in your own personal sacred space. This space can be anywhere, and it can be anything that makes you feel safe and protected. This should be a space where only those who have been invited in may enter, even then only with your permission.
Before you move on to the next part of this meditation, I want you to examine your self. Consider the traits you possess that are healthy and helping you in your walk, and take a moment to give thanks to Yourself, your Deity of choice as well as any Spirit Guides that might be involved in your successes. It is important that we give thanks for the things we have and receive. We thus open up the way for more blessings to come as we show our truest appreciation!
Now it is time to consider the things you wish to change within. The habits that need to go, the behavior patterns that are damaging our walk, and any other negativity that we feel invades our reality that we are making for ourselves.
Now walk to the boundaries of your area and step beyond them. You step into a garden. A very large garden, for as far as the eyes can see, are flowers, vegetables, trees and more. There are paths through the garden so that you can easily explore around a bit. This place too is safe and sacred. After exploring the gardens a bit, connect this to your sacred space somehow. Know that you may return here any time you so desire and you will be safe.
Call to mind the assessment you made of improvements you'd like to make to your self. Mentally project that image into your hand as a ball of energy. You may see it as you choose, but for the purpose of this healing, we see a ball of energy rather than the words floating around in our hands. Contained within a small bubble to keep them safe for our journey.
Bring up the image of a bubble large enough for you to be inside. Surround yourself in this huge bubble. You can see out and you are still in the safe confines of your sacred garden. This bubble is your transportation for the evening. Inside, you can breathe normal-no matter what it going on outside. Inside, the temperature is comfortable no matter what is going on outside. Inside, we are calm no matter what is going on outside - or inside! Inside, our mind can relax and we can be free of our fears- No matter what is going on outside - or inside. This bubble is your protection and your transportation. Any time you wish to travel like this again, you can easily bring it to mind and use it again!
Now feel the bubble begin to rise and sit comfortably for the journey. Remember to breathe gently and comfortably as well. As you watch outside the bubble, the garden begins to become smaller and smaller as you move away from it. You are floating upward, beyond the normal buildings and clouds you gaze upon day to day. You are rising higher than the normal atmosphere that we are sustained by daily. You are rising higher and higher, watching the earth move away from view. You are still very safe inside your bubble as it gently glides to a stop.
As you gaze upon the Earth, you notice a Diva surrounding the entire world. This Diva is Mother Earth. The Earth is but her belly, the Sun and Moon her breasts, all manner of creature roaming in the strands of her long, flowing hair. She is the protector of our Earth, she is our Earth - she who sustains us in our Earth walk. Take a moment to smile and thank her for your shelter and food. Another moment to thank her for her personal contributions to your own world. Take another moment to just revel in her presence. Love and nurturing eminate from her.
Now bring your attention back to the ball of energy in your hands. This energy consists of the improvements you wish to make and what you are willing to give in return, as well as your wish for divine help in overcoming these obstacles. Breathe your desires into the bubble until it actually throbs with energy.
Now release the ball of energy and allow it to rise out of the bubble you are sitting in. Allow it to hover outside your bubble, but far away from Mother Earth. Envision a rose of any color large enough to fit the ball of energy into the center of. See the stem and leaves, but concentrate mostly on the petals of this huge rose. See the ball of energy enter the top of the rose and settle inside of it. Watch the rose draw the energy from the ball into itself. As it absorbs the energy, the rose slowly turns a rich shade of Violet. Allow the rose to absorb all the energy in this ball until it completely disappears. By now, the rose should be glowing with energy. Violet energy. This violet changes the energy to positive, ridding any negative blocks that have been preventing you in the past from achieving what you want. Now, since only good things can come into your personal bubble, draw the rose back into your heart. Because the rose is large, it can completely encompass your body. Absorb the energy back into yourself and feel the Chakras in your body absorb the energy back into you. As you absorb the energy back into you, the rose becomes white. When it is all white and you are no longer pulling energy into yourself from it, allow the rose to rise out of your bubble and dissipate completely.
Now take some time to focus once more on the energy in your body. Think again of the things you hope to change. Thank your higher power for helping you -in advance- because you know that they will help you with this if it is in your best interest. Allow your gratitude to emanate from within and rise out of the bubble. Allow it to leave in whatever way it chooses.
Take a few moments to just contemplate your life now as you gaze upon the earth, surrounded by Mother Earth.
Slowly allow the bubble to descend to the garden you started in. As it touches the grass in the garden, the bubble dissipates. You remember that you can call it back any time.
Take a little time to enjoy your garden before returning your mind to normal reality. When you open your eyes, you will be refreshed and full of healthy energy to achieve the results you desire. You will remember all the details of this healing opportunity so that you can repeat it again whenever you feel the need.
