Sounds yummy!

Are any of you guys familiar with Weight Watchers? A neighbor of mine just lost about 15lbs on it. I was toying with the idea of joining possibly next month to drop a few pounds and try to learn  some better eating habits.... (after the holidays of course!) *lol*
