This is MSN and me emailing back and forth. If any one has any suggestions, please feel free. I can't believe they find the problem. All I can say is that during those few days MSN was down, those are the attachments that will not go away. When you go to that screen to delete, the titles do not delete, but if you click on the picture, there is picture. So it looks like I am using more storage than what I actually am.

Please understand that before our Product Team can implement any fix on the issue, they have to identify the causes of the problem and work on possible solutions. Then, these solutions will have to be tested to make sure that they will not cause other problems. They currently have not given us a timeframe on when a fix will be made. I assure you that we are working hard to have it resolved soon.

 This what I have figured out. Anything dated 1/4/07, back to 12/21/06,
 the title does not come off the storage page. But if I try to pull the
 pictures up, I get a this page cannot be displayed, which tells me the
 pictures are deleted, but the file names are not, therefore it looks
 like I still have all that in my storage space. Anything I have placed
 since 1/04, I can delete. There was a down time between 1/05 and 1/08,
 which seems to be where the problem began.  I need to be able to post my
 pictures, thank you very much.

Hi, I am trying to clean up my storage space and when I try to delete
attachments, it does not show that I have deleted any. What is the
problem and what do I need to do. I went in and did the clear the
history, files, cookies, etc. That didn't do anything.
