Hogmanay is, as I am sure you all know - New Years Eve celebrations, or as we say in Norfolk - Old Years Night.

Anyway, a piper DID pipe in the haggis, and of course I had some haggis with whisky sauce - delicious. After dinner, we had a cadeligh (dancy thing).............I am so glad that my school taught us how to do Scottish dancing as well as ballroom dancing (in an effort to turn us into ladies and gentlemen) because I was able to join in the Gay Gordons and the Reels.................DH does not dance, but there were plenty of people to dance with.

Had a few "wee drams" bought for me that night wink wink.

We left at 07.30 on Monday morning and arrived home at 20.30. Barbara was here waiting.
