forgive me. here is where we disagree.
look at the date of the poem.
that was it at the time. immediate.
and again, forgive me -
you didn't smell it. the charred remains.
it was a crematorium.
not in numbers, no. but how many numbers will we need?
how many people will say, "but really?"
think twice. it can happen again. it is only a matter of time.
i hope we will prevent it from happening ever - ever - again.
