Change to Group Settings:


The Poets' Place

Public Restricted (changed from Public)
Anyone may view this group but needs to be approved by the manager to join.


Poets' Radio Forum

Private
No one can view this group without first applying and being approved for membership by the manager.

Because of recent abusive behavior, this board has been changed from a Public Group to Public Restricted until further notice.

If anyone slips past these new Restrictions, and is abusive and/or violates MSN's Use of Services, that person will be banned immediately.  If further action is required, it will be taken.

to those who have been denied memberships, have applications pending, or to members who have been banned:
 
be advised there are and have been many of you - with good reason.
The Poets' Place is not a venue for spam, insults, &/or disruption.
this is still a specialized community - despite the fact that MSN changed the name to Groups, we are still in community mode.
 
the policies for Membership are currently being reviewed.
at this time, make note, The Poets' Place will remain a Public Restricted Group.

If you want to Join The Poets' Place, please note that I like to verify IPs, and it is also important that you have a reason for joining - preferably related to poetry.

The Invite button is currently undergoing maintenance.  I won't dwell on MSN's tech service.  Suffice it to say, that feature may never be reinstituted.
 
use the Join Now button on the Navigation Bar.
 
Add a message to tell the group manager why you would like to join.
Please fill this area in.  Thx.
