Another request Susan,
I know I mentioned sometime back, that I host an online poetry tag room. Attendance has been laggin on my shift (darn late shift) and I was wondering if i could post the invite and info here and if it could be put in the same photo album as the poetry group flyer. I think it would be kinda cool to have some folks from here swing by, get a feel for how it's done, in case ya wanna ever throw one together here.

Unfortunately its an AOHell group. Not my group by the way, I just host for them 1 night a week. I would throw one together here but I'm so overcommitted at this point that i would screw it up and piss folks off. Also, although MSN has the best message boards (aol and yahoo groups boards are a mess to navigate and you don't have all the features there that msn has) for some reason chat rooms work better on aol, I have not been able to find a powertools equivalent on msn and I have the lightening bolt on aol. I would still like to see one done here, would be fun, I just wouldn't be able to put it together. With your permission I'll post it in the links, maybe some folks here will come play a few times, get the feel, and then be able to set it up something similar here.

you can try. i tried some serious poetry chats right off the bat at the inception of poets' place -- did tons of research before each chat -- posted poet & area of poetry to be discussed ---- forget it. also tried similar stuff to yours later on -- i can't host one -- speaking of being overcommitted. s. put it in links. or in your profile. or both. people wanna chat - they know where the chat room is & can post a note on the General Board saying "Anyone around to chat?" |

| cool, yeah, I'm gonna put it in links as soon as I make the flyer (which is only on file) into an actual page folks can link too. I'm lagging, tryin to catch up, you know how that goes,lol. |

basically i meant for chat at The Poets' Place post a message if there is a specific chat you are hosting, then members will have to check your profile, or go to recommendations/links in order to get there. please don't post AOL stuff on this board. or Yahoo. or other MSN. if there are additional chats you recommend, same thing - post 'em in links. thanks. s. |
