I have absolutely NO IDEA what this means, but apparently MSN thinks I have done this, because I cannot view any posts on any site that were posted after May 27. I think I have only posted two or three photos in my entire 'career' on MSN groups, and I don't even know where they are anymore. I'm sure I don't know how I posted them or anything about storage or getting around the storage limit.

So, if anybody has any ideas about how I can undo what I have apparently unwittingly done, or if anybody knows how I can tell MSN that I don't know what the hell this means so I can view current posts, I would appreciate it.

If this reply even posts. I discovered that one of my replies posted yesterday, but I cannot view what I have posted new or what anyone has posted new.

So you may have to email me. If you can find my email address. You can use this one:  [email protected].

I would appreciate any help anyone can give.

Thanks!

michele -
  1.  http://groups.msn.com/feedback.msnw contact msn.  they will probably not give you a satisfactory answer, but it will set the wheels in motion.
  2. i will look into this.  i don't believe the pictures have anything to do with the problem you are having.  i'll check with community feedback, and other help areas.  i'll see if i can figure it out.  9 times out of 10, the problem is msn - not you.

read the thread below.  i posted the discussion on the general board a day or so after MSN started to have some serious performance 'issues.'
the problems are still ongoing.  e.g.  the calendar 'issue' has not been resolved (double postings).  etcetcetc....  however, i have not even started checking on your specific problem.

michele,

in the upper right hand corner of your screen, there is a Help link.
it is above your name, and to the right.
click on that, type in 'Message replies.'  there will be a link to 'known issues.'

i can tell you that i have seen messages you recently posted.
if you can remember any particular one - i can check and see if it's visible on my computer - if this is of any help.

i see you posted a message on May 30, and also on May 31.  this is certainly after the 27th.

hope this is of some help.  but if you have other 'issues' with MSN -
don't hesitate to write them!
i checked with Community Feedback, but didn't see your particular problem on their Board.

use the java link on the upper right of the screen if you need Help -
not the link to help.msn that i left.  the latter is useless.

Susan, thanks!  I am still not sure what the problem was, but it is fixed for some of the sites. One still reverts to the group page whenever I try to access the messages. Maybe it will miracously cure itself!

ha!

oh that.

MSN calls it a loop.
that is something many have complained to them about.
they are well-aware of the problem.
