hey theres a poem there, but ou dont need the whole atonomy. and wif a bit of a mystery ending, something for your readers aswell.

Separate Ways

He stopped.
Right in the middle
of his sentence,
he stopped.

The blunt quiet
pierced
like a sudden clap
of thunder,
violently tearing through
dark and gloomy
clouds that linger
overhead,
he stopped
without warning.

He, with laughing thoughts
and words so wise,
those winks in jest,
and smiling eyes,
that never rest,
he stopped.
Somehow,
like sudden death,
he stopped.

His eyes
closed, as if to say ...
and walked away.

i like your mouse with a rose.

may i name him A. Nony Mouse

hahaha

your revisions are coming along.
haven't had time yet to go back to those questions in Message 9.

how it is integral primarily to the epic form?
this goes back to Sumarian culture, Kimmy.
which means it's even older than Homer.  certainly older than Milton.
and even older than me.  but not by that much.

It really matters that great poems gets written, and it doesn't matter a damn who writes them!

LOL...I followed your link on message #21.
Browsed through some of the simile's and
came across that one.  It just tickled me!

Also...I like the name for the mouse.
It fits him to a "T!"

Appreciate all you've done for me, Susan.
Glad you like your tags...It may take a bit
of time to put together a little dolly for you,
but I enjoy doing it...

Off to experience my day.
~Kim~
