Here are the instructions from another site on how to put music on pages to start playing when the page is opened. It is a locked site, so hopefully the words will show on here. I'm lost......

Adding Music to Pages that will play when opened

To add Music and a Transition to a page that will start playing when a Member clicks on the page and also a to open it is fairly easy.

Just add this bit of Code right after the BODY

(this is someone asking clarification on the instructions)

First I want to say what a great msn group you have!! I really love it and I need help with the music page thing. I wanna go after "Adding Music part 2" wich is that when you enter the page the music comes up right away. The problem is that I don't quite get the exempel. It says: Just add this bit of Code right after the BODY. What is the body? and where it says "Your Music goes Here<STYLE'>"><. What kind of file or link do I put? can I put a thing like this http://www.viven.com.uy/571/Avemaria.mp3. Before adding java or scripts to Documents that will play music ect. you will need the Tags as below . Just Copy them and save it in Notepad to uase anytime you use Scripts. All TAGS are in RED . Copy the HTML of the page you want to use and paste it right after the head tag as below.

I don't quite get it....I'm new with this whole thing.

Copy it to Note pad and save it as ( name it what you want ) then go to documents on your site and upload it . When it is up loaded clcik on it to see what hapens.

Oh...do I need to put the song in my documents and take the URL from there...I think I got it...

I've tried that but a warning comes up saying that the file is too big. How do I make it smaller, It's 2.14 MB and that's too big...

nope, can't open the midi file.....

i tried to add this code to my testpage and i got the access denied page!

I downloaded these to my computer from the midi site and then directly to the documents section of the corral site.

and the code is as it is on the site that i got it from. I just copied and pasted it here

So it's back to the drawing board, cause I keep getting an error and it shuts my computer off.
