Saving pics/gifs 

When you see a pic you want to save, right click on the pic, then left click on 'save picture as', a box will come up, you can either change the name of the pic to what you want ,or leave it as it is. Click on ‘my pictures�?so the pic gets saved into that folder, then click on save. This pic will now be saved onto your pc.

Adding pics/gifs to a message

Stage 1

 To add a pic/gif to a message, you first type your message out as usual, then leave the cursor where you want your pic/gif to be, you then click on the box with what looks like 2 mountains in it (this box is to the left of the paint can).

A new box will come up on screen, this box will list (down it’s left side) all the communities that you belong to.

Stage 2

Example 1…�?If you have saved your pics/gifs into an album on this site. (or any other site) Click on The Virtual Garden (or your other sites) wait for it to load, then scroll down until you see your album, click on the album, then wait for it to load. When it has loaded, click on the pic or gif you want to add and then click on add photos. Your pic will now be added to your message. If you want to add more than one pic, click on the all the pics you want to add then click add photos. If you ever want to add this pic to another message at any other time, then do as I have said earlier but instead of clicking on The Virtual Garden, scroll down and click on ‘Sent photos�? this will show all pics that you added to messages previously, click on it and then click on the pic you want to add and click on add photos. If you add the same photo over and over again, they will get saved in your ‘sent photos�?list.

Example 2…�?You have saved your pics on your computer in ‘My Documents or My Pictures�?

Click the tab ‘My Computer�?at the top of the new window and then click on ‘My Docs�?or ‘My Pictures.�?When the thumbprints appear click on the one you need then click on ‘add photos�?

Please Note  MSN sets a limit of how much storage space you can have, so you may need to delete some gifs or photos to add new ones. You can, of course, have as many sign in names as you want and this means you also get more storage space.
