End of the Line Ham Casserole

Ready In: 1 Hour 35 Minutes
Yields: 6 servings
"Steaming hot casserole using left over ham with potatoes topped with bubbly Parmesan cheese."
INGREDIENTS:
1 (10.75 ounce) can
condensed cream of celery
soup
1/2 cup milk
ground black pepper to taste
2 potatoes, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cups cooked ham, diced
2 tablespoons grated
Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. In an 8x8 inch casserole dish, combine cream of celery soup with milk and a good grind of pepper. Layer potato slices, onion slices and ham on top and cover. Bake for 1 hour. Remove cover and sprinkle with parmesan or other grated cheese. Bake uncovered for another 20 minutes.
