An aura is an energy pattern that emanates from the body. The aura around humans is partly composed from electromagnetic radiation, spanning from microwave, infrared to ultraviolet light. The low frequency microwave and infrared seems to be related to the low levels of the functioning of our body (e.g. metabolism), whereas high frequency ultraviolet is more related to our conscious activity (e.g. thinking, emotions). |

How to See Auras: To see the aura we need to increase the sensitivity of our eyes and extend the range of perceived vibration beyond the visible light. We can accomplish this by using and training our peripheral vision. In other words, do not look at the person; look at the space above their head. The head is the strongest emanating point for the aura, so relax your eyes, let the world go blurry, and look above the head. Sometimes, you will see the aura after you stop looking at the person. This is not your eye playing tricks, but your memory telling you what you have just seen. |

The Suppressed Aura: Sometimes the aura is muffled or distorted. Fear, stress, anxiety, hatred, or any other negative feeling can cause this. If your body is in physical crisis (e.g. disease, drugs) a temporary increase in the auric energy occurs, similar to an increase in body temperature during sickness. |

Children and Auras: Have you ever approached an infant or a young child to have it look above your head rather than at your face? That child is looking at your aura and comparing it to their parent(s). If you do not auricly match the child's parent, it will cry no matter what you do. Children can not only see auras more easily; they also have much cleaner and stronger auras than most adults. |

Auric Meanings: Colors and intensity of the aura, especially around and above the head have very special meanings. The aura is our spiritual signature. It is especially important to check the aura of a spiritual leader. A spiritual leader will have a clearly defined yellow-golden halo around their head. If not, you are better on your own. Auras can also diagnose malfunctions (diseases) before physical symptoms become apparent. Although each person has the ability to see auras, most people have difficulty not because of their inability, but because most people have very weak and dull auras as a consequence of suppressed development of consciousness, fears, envy, jealousy and so on. Colors are arranged in pairs and if you look at nature, you will see these pairs. Take for example a green parrot: he will have pink on him in some shade some where. The pairs are as follows: red gives turquoise aura, turquoise gives red aura; orange gives blue aura, blue gives orange aura; yellow gives violet aura, violet gives yellow aura; green gives pink aura, pink gives green aura. It is important to memorize and know well the above auric pairs, because if you see a pink aura around someone in a bright green dress, there is a strong possibility that you see the aura of a dress, not of a person. Usually, people have one or two dominating colors (strong points) in their aura. These colors (or their auric pairs) will be most likely their favorite colors. |

Bright and clean auras mean an advanced spirit, and an overall good person. Purple: indicates spiritual thoughts. Blue: Balanced existence, sustaining life, relaxed, balanced and ready to live in a cave and survive. They are born survivors. Electric blue can override any other color in the aura, when the person is receiving and/or transmitting energy or is in telepathic communication. Turquoise: indicates dynamic quality of being, highly energized personality, capable of projection, influencing other people; capable of doing many things simultaneously and are good organizers. A good color for bosses. Green: restful, modifying energy, natural healing ability. All natural healers should have it. Being in a presence of a person with a strong and green aura is a very peaceful and restful experience. Yellow: joy, freedom, non-attachment, freeing or releasing vital forces. Buddha and Christ had yellow halos extending to their arms. Today it is rare on Earth to find a person with a halo larger than 1 inch. Orange: uplifting and absorbing; inspiring; a sign of power. Ability and/or desire to control people. Red: materialistic thoughts, thoughts about the physical body. Pink (=purple+red): love (in a spiritual sense). Pink aura indicates that the person achieved a perfect balance between spiritual awareness and the material existence. The pink color in the Aura is quite rare on Earth and appears only as a temporary thought, never as a strong point in the aura. |

Dark and gray auras mean that the person is hiding something, not necessarily bad, but with unclear intentions. Brown: unsettling, distracting, materialistic, negating spirituality. Gray: dark thoughts, depressing thoughts, unclear intentions, presence of a dark side of personality. Sulfur (color of mustard): pain or lack of ease, anger. White: serious disease, artificial stimulation (drugs). White color is like a noise, rather than a set of harmonious tones (monochromatic colors), and a white aura indicates a lack of harmony in the body and mind. Several hours before the death, the aura becomes white, and greatly increases in intensity. Note, than in most cultures the death is depicted in white (not black), because in the past, people could actually see a white aura before death.
