I have known Rick for many years, and I deeply respect him as a man, and a HP. This is his list, and I love it, so I wanted to share it.
I hope you enjoy it.

WICCAN & PAGAN FICTION

Compiled by Rick Johnson (HP Gardnerian line)
[email protected]

Please note that I have NOT read all of these.  However, they have been
recommended as worthy so I am including these here.  The desired
audience ranges from children to teen to adult, they can be g-rated to
hard-core so choose wisely.  Some of these authors are pagan, some Wiccan,
some neither but all these works are pagan-centered and many were
written by Gardnerian High Priest?& High Priestess?

Those marked with an * are what I personally find to be good to
excellent books.
Those with an ?are works I do not own and so cannot judge.
Those with a ^ are works I own but am too lazy to read yet.

When I get may sailboat livable, I’ll catch up on these.
Also HTML doesn't com across Juno well so I deleted my commentaries
which can be found at: http://www.geocities.com/DesertHenge/readlist.html
If anyone has any of the books I am missing or the comics and would
like to donate for class display, I wouldn't argue<g>.
And if you have recommendations of your own, feel free to include them.

FICTIONAL VIDEOS

When dealing with movies, remember that to sell and recover production
costs, the film MUST be aimed to attract the xian audience, regardless
of the intended message so much here is inaccurate fantasy with xian
values tossed in at the end.  Simple economics at work.

Bell, Book and Candle 1958.  Starring Kim Novak & James Stewart(Note from Cyndi, well worth seeing if you haven't! A favorite movie of mine!!!)

The Coven, parts I & II Starring Jennine & Alex Sanders.

The Craft 1996.  Starring Fairuza Balk & Robin Tunney

The Crucible   1996.  Starring Daniel Day-Lewis & Winona Ryder

Drawing Down the Moon Starring Walter Koenig

Guinevere 2002.  Starring Sheryl Lee & Noah White.

Hexan 1922.  Made in Sweden,

Lucinda’s Spell 1999.

Mists of Avalon 2001.  Starring Anjelica Houston & Julianna Marguiles.

Practical Magic 1998.  Starring Sandra Bullock & Nicole Kidman.

The Wicker Man  1973.  Starring Christopher Lee & Edward Woodward

The Witches of Eastwick. 1987.  Starring Jack Nicholson & Cher

CLASSICS

Sir Gawain and the Green Knight  14th Century English.

COMIC BOOKS BY AND ABOUT WITCHCRAFT

Comics used to be simple art that attracted kids with a nickel in their
pocket.  Today’s comics are more like a graphic novel with a hefty
price tag and some are adults only.

Cherry #13. Published in 1992 by Last Gasp,

-Dawn.  By J. M. Linsner.  (Note from Cyndi, another great series)

-Fables.  By DC Comics (Note from Cyndi, great series!)

-Lady Pendragon.  By Image Comics.

-Tarot: Witch of the Black Rose.  By Jim Balent & Holly Golightly(Note from Cyndi, after issue 17 they do include nudity, so they are for mature readers.)

Young reader series,
