Troubled Skin Bath
Summer can cause a variety of irritations to your skin. Try soaking in the Troubled Skin Bath as an aid in relieving some of them.
- 1/4 cup fresh or 2 tablespoons dried thyme
- 1/4 cup fresh or 2 tablespoons dried calendula blossoms
- 1 quart boiling water
Add the herbs to the boiling water and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Remove the infusion from the heat and let it cook to lukewarm. Strain the infusion and add to your bathwater
