Immune Booster Tea for Kids

Ingredients:
1 t. echinacea root
1/2 t. chamomile flowers
1/2 t. peppermint leaves
2 c. water.
Bring the water to a boil and then pour over the herbs. Steep for 15 minutes. Strain out the plant material. At first signs of illness, give 1 cup daily for every 50 pounds weight.
As a preventative measure, for instance if your child is about to go on a long trip or is getting ready for a camp-out with friends, give 1 cup daily for a week before the this is about to occur. Store the extra tea in the fridge and reheat when necessary.
