Hi gen/al, I've been to Italy a few times now so if there's something you want to know then please ask. This doesn't mean I know the answer but I'll try, lol. Whereabouts are you?

Ah great Niall, pleased to hear you've sorted your problem out....it's a real pain when you can't communicate with friends on this machine.

I live in London Uk and on March 14th I am taking my 70 year old mother on a trip to Florence (it's somewhere she has always wanted to go) so I need advice on weather to book accommodation in advance or wait till I get there being as it should be low season (not too sure about that though, it's probably busy all year right?)

Anyway any advice will be appreciated, you know how it is you book a hotel in advance and when you get there you always find somewhere you like better.
Regards
Sally Kindler
