We've booked a flight to Treviso with Ryannair for June 21st to June 28th.
Hotel we are considering is on the outskirts of Mestre .... http://www.villapatriarca.com/en/
Some of the local sites to see ....
An excellent site for maps of anywhere in Italy ....
All we need now are a few gardens to visit and we are sorted

TRY THE www.gohop.ie SITE FOR REASONABLE FLIGHTS  AND HOTELS/HOSTELS ,TOO MERVYN. HAVE BEEN LOOKING INTO FLIGHTS TO PARIS (DARE I MENTION ANOTHER COUNTRY OTHER THAN BELOVED ITALIA??) ALONG WITH www.hotels.com

HAPPY TO HELP...HAD A LOOK AT BOTH AND THE HOTELS AT GOHOP ARE MUCH CHEAPER, BETTER SELECTION AND SET UP...
 
I THINK THE "GOHOP" IS AN IRISH COMPANY...BUT I AM SURE THEY'D DO FLIGHTS FROM ENGLAND IF YOU PUT IN YOUR DESTINATION AND DEPARTURE COUNTRIES, SEE WHAT YOU COME UP WITH.
 
THEY DO FLIGHTS AS WELL AS HOTELS...SOMETHING TO CHECK OUT...CHECKED OUT YOUR VILLA D'ESTED PIX...GREAT TO SEE IT AGAIN, WONDERFUL PLACE, DIDNT KNOW LUCRETIA BORGIA LIVED THERE AT ONE TIME...
