This program takes things one step further than Adshield or Ad-aware. It actually prevents spyware from setting up on your computer in the first place. You should still run Adshield or Ad-aware first to find the spyware that is already on your computer.
I have this on my computer and so far have not had any problems, please make regular checkes for up-dates.
