As you all may have noticed i aint been around much lately, and when i have been my posts have been pretty flat to say the least.

Im not doing well, ive crashed badly, to the point that i dont want to be around anymore. Its been one thing after another. I just cant cope.

I spend all my time in tears or trying to send my self into oblivion.

Im not looking for sympathy or anything else from anyone, i just need to say it!!!!!!!

Ive tried getting an appointment to see my doc but as per usual i cant get one and she goes off on holiday on friday......My meds just aint workin no more

I really hit rock bottom yesterday.

My doc called and asked me to come see her. I saw her at 5.20 and by 6.30 i had a crisis team standing in front of me. It was either them or hospitalise me for my own safety! So now i gotta go be assessed by a phychiatrist. It terrifies me.

Gotta see a psychiatrist next friday, 4th May. Hopefully she can do something to help but im not keeping my fingers crossed or holding my breath!!
