The match was a competitive one where the fans cheered both men on the entire fight. Blaze resented it and even started cheating to get boos. After that he was happy. At the end Jacob Mitchell and Loren Gabriel came out as Jake got on the apron Loren got in the ring and smacked Blaze in his injured ribs with the briefcase causing the ref to throw the match out. Rya saw this and went to Zero kick Loren but Jake pulled him out of the ring just in time, so after hesitating a moment Ryan Zero kicked the unsuspecting Blaze instead.
