"How To Do An "Erase"

** Make sure that you have saved all of your "favorites" before proceeding with erasure or you will lose them.

** We have suggested saving them in "old mail" or "sent mail" so they are ALL right in front of you when you are ready to bring them back

. ** Make sure that you know your original password or you can't sign back in. If you forgot it, you'll have to open a new account.

1. Go to "sign-in page" and click on "connection settings"

2. Click on "I have a problem not described above".

3. Type "erase" in the box and click on "go"

4. Follow all instructions closely.

Don't be alarmed if you have to "log-in" to sites again.
