| Gluehwein (Hot Spiced Wine)Source: Donauland Kochbuch by Albert Kofranek
 
 1/4 liter white or red wine (1 cup)
 1 small piece lemon peel plus 1 tbsp
 a little stick cinnamon
 5 sugar cubes -- or to taste
 1 whole clove
 
 Warm the above ingredients together. Pour into a pre-warmed glass,
 wrap glass in a napkin, and serve immediately. Yields: 1
