Ingredients
1 (4.5-oz) can diced green chiles, drained
1 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Vegetable cooking spray
8 MISSION Burrito-Size Flour Tortillas
1 (8-oz) Brie round, trimmed and diced
Chipotle Salsa
Directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients.
- Arrange 4 tortillas on a large baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Layer each evenly with Brie and chicken mixture; top with remaining tortillas, pressing down slightly.
- Bake at 425ºF for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut into wedges, and serve immediately with Chipotle Salsa
