Salted Peanut Bars - 4 cups dry-roasted or honey-roasted peanuts
- 1 (10-ounce) package miniature marshm
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (10-ounce) package peanut butter pieces
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with foil; spray with cooking spray. Evenly spread half the peanuts in pan.
In a 3-quart saucepan, melt marshmallows and butter over medium-low heat. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter pieces and peanut butter; mix until smooth. Quickly pour over peanuts in pan. Sprinkle with remaining peanuts, gently pressing into bars. Chill 1 hour or until firm; cut into 1 x 1 1/2-inch bars. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
Makes 60 bars.
