</MYMAILSTATIONERY> Meditations There are thousands of 'ways to meditate' and probably as many 'rules' for meditation are floating around. If you are trying to begin a meditation ritual there are a few good rules of thumb to keep in mind: - Be comfortable (prob not laying down though as many fall asleep)
- Breathe
- Relax
- If you can, try to meditate in the same location at the same time each day (energy will build up in that location from meditations and it will be easier to slip into it in that spot again, and if you do it at the same time each day the body will understand the rhythm of when to meditate and it will become easier)
