Directions: Get fire going, place turkey in pan. Open beer on the side of it and put in the turkey and add water to the pan so the turkey doesn't dry out. Add any type of seasoning. We make sure to keep the fire going and we check the turkey for water. Cover and cook for 1 1/2 hours and then remove the cover.
