* One cause of morning sickness is your body has become too dehydrated and needs more moisture.
Be sure to consume plenty of fluids, especially water, fresh pressed vegetables juices, diluted fruit juices and herbal teas. Lemon water helps neutralize the body and eliminate mucus buildup, especially when first consumed in the morning.
Peppermint tea or peppermint spirits, red raspberry tea, chamomile tea are best to calm the stomach, B complex vitamins, B6, B12 and plenty of green foods. Soda crackers or dry toast is beneficial first taken in the morning.
Ultimately, fasting for three days and consuming water, lemon water, vegetable juices diluted are your best source for completely overcvoming morning sickness.
