Intro:	The tube library allows you easily share your PSP tubes without have to kill off your storage space.  Downloading, uploading and sorting is accomplished automatically.
Rules:	Respect copyright.  Make certain that you are not violating artists' terms of use by uploading their tubes.  Don't waste server space.  Check to make sure the tube your planning on uploading isn't already there. No Adult content.  This includes cartoons showing bare breasts, genitiala, depicting sexual acts or otherwise unsuitable for a PG audience.  Be neat.  Follow the naming conventions already established when upoading to make it easier for others to find tubes. Scan your files for viruses prior to zipping them and uploading them.  No excuses! get free anti-virus software here.
Use:	The use of this utility is pretty self explanatory.  You can look it over by hitting the link, but before you can use its features, you will need a password.  You can obtain it from any host in chat.  We change it often for security reasons.  We also reccomend that you create a special folder for your downloads and scan them prior to use.  Make certain that any file you plan on uploading contains only A-Z or 0-9 in its name.
