Ok, I accidently loaded this on to my computer while trying to find out how kinky I am.
 
Do I want this, I am not sure but don't think so.
 
And if I do not, how do I get rid of it?

Spam Blocker sometimes do not work with POP protcol accounts (Hotmail,yahoo) they work better using an exchange service (Outlook). If you want to romove it go to control panel/add or remove software find the program click on it and remove. Hope this helps.
