  | 1 can garbanzo beans  |   |   |  1 cup sugar  |   |   |   |   | 
  | 2 cans baby lima beans  |   |   |  1 tsp salt  |   |   |   |   | 
  | 1 can cut yellow wax beans  |   |   |  1/2 tsp celery seed  |   |   |   | 
  | 1 can cut green beans  |   |   |  1/2 tsp pepper  |   |   |   |   | 
  | 1 can red kidney beans  |   |   |  1/2 tsp paprika  |   |   |   |   | 
  | 1/2 cup vinegar  |   |   |   |  1 large onion, sliced and divided into rings  |   | 
  | 3/4 cup vegetable or olive oil  |   |  1 large green pepper, sliced and divided into rings  | 
   |   |   |   |   |   |   |   |   |   |   | 
  | Drain and rinse beans; place in a large airtight container. Mix vinegar, oil & seasoning; pour over beans. | 
  | Add onion & green pepper; toss lightly. Refrigerate overnight, stirring several times.  |
