  | 1 Winesap or Fuji apple, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced  |   |   |   |   |   | 
  | 1 small ripe mango, peeled and cut into chunks  |   |   |   |   |   |   | 
  | 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced  |   |   |  1 tbsp chopped, fresh dill  |   |   |   | 
  | 15 radishes  |   |   |   |  Salt & pepper to taste  |   |   |   | 
  | 1/2 cup sour cream  |   |   |  More dill garnish  |   |   |   |   | 
  | 2 tsp creamed horseradish  |   |   |   |   |   |   |   |   | 
   |   |   |   |   |   |   |   |   |   |   | 
  | Remove the ends of the radishes and slice them thinly. Add to a bowl together with the sliced apple and  | 
  | celery. Add the mangos to the bowl.  Whisk together remaining ingredients in another small bowl.  Pour  | 
  | the dressing over the vegetables and fruit, and stir gently until all ingredients are coated in the dressing. | 
  | Check for taste.  Adjust seasoning if necessary. Garnish with dill sprigs. Serves 4.  |
