On those lower back stretches while lying on your back, legs straight and vertical, have your husband or son push hard enough at first, so you can't lower your straight legs. Then, ask them to lessen the resistance a little so you can actually lower your legs. Keep them straight, and rigid. (Your legs, not your men!)
Of course, you wouldn't want your men to be crooked and loose. Neocons just aren't any fun.
