Finally!  Not sure about Google but MSN Live Search has tagged the "Meth Project" due to our representation of the Los Angeles Crystal Meth Recovery Services

We are on the second page of "Gay California Meth Recovery"  This is a great step in our effort to be exposed to a much broader audience!  Hopefully the more we reach out to other organizations, the more exposure and representation we too will receive.

On another note, Ed came up with an idea to place a site counter to see just how many times the site is viewed.  That site counter (a bit hidden) was placed one week ago.  We are getting on average about 20 hits a day.  This is better than expected considering not too many of our members post.  So the question remains, what do we have to do to get you all to post!?!  We don't know unless you tell us!

Anyhow, the following is how we are represented on the MSN search engine:  Second bullet...

  • California Drug Rehab Programs and Addiction Treatment Centers

... California alcohol rehab is gay friendly for the LGBT population. Recovery ... California, gay ... Meth Addiction Treatment: Methamphetamine is the primary drug threat in California. Mexican organizations ...

Of particular interest is the fact that MSN placed emphasis on our "Fact Page", click here, http://groups.msn.com/BacktotheBasicsPlease/thefactpage.msnw which is one of our oldest pages.  It is only a copy of the American Psychiatric Association Fact Sheet revision of 1994 concerning homosexuality.

The placement also places emphasis on our new board, "Gay Oppression", click here, http://groups.msn.com/BacktotheBasicsPlease/testpage8.msnw

After MSN reviewed the site and placed our "Meth Project", these were the other two areas they considered of greater related value.

    Hmmm, the pondering continues...

Below is a snapshot of the Web page as it appeared on 10/1/2008 (the last time our crawler visited it). This is the version of the page that was used for ranking your search results. The page may have changed since we last cached it. To see what might have changed (without the highlights), go to the current page.

Hopefully they will continue to update as we continue to build!

Well thank you Michael  Hopefully, Ed, another key player, and our state correspondents can take this ball and run with it so that I can take time to build the new site!
