"Site Guidelines"   1.  Respect is the number one priority while interacting. Do not attack one's personal character.  Disagreements are bound to occur, however, please direct your disagreement towards the subject at hand and not the person interacting. 2.  This group was established for the sexual minority community as a place to discuss other societal issues that affect our community, as well as addiction and human core development.  All members are welcome here, however, must be accepting of the sexual minority community. 3.  This is a mature rated group site hosted by the Microsoft Network (MSN).
