I took some time this afternoon and explored the MSN Spaces and supposed Live Groups.

Let's just say that MSN dropped the ball and has half attempted to catch up to MySpace with this pathetic "MSN Spaces."  MySpace has them beat by a long shot and there is no way they'll catch up.  They should have paid attention to the Groups that they had instead of ignoring them.  Perhaps they should stick to e-mail accounts and operating systems and employing Americans instead of shipping our jobs over seas.  Anyhow, that's about how I feel about Microsoft at the moment.

My proposal  We'll stick to the plan, migrate to Multiply and then Aimoo.  I have just pulled off a website that literally took me hours to complete and didn't think I could pull it off in the time that I did.  Frankly, I am exhausted and it would be nice to see someone take a BTTBP ball and start running with it

We will need to focus on these platforms, all the while I need the grassroots work to be done in the local communities.  Once this website stuff is done and is well managed, which is going to take some work, my focus is going to be more on the local communities and what we want to do with the business, which will be fundraising, building a name for ourselves, and helping the members of our community who need help

There is so much that needs to be done albeit one step at a time but people need to contribute to make it a success.

1)  Healthy user groups=Attractive web community=active members.

2)  Active members and active groups=active participation in local communites and workshops created.

3)  Active participation and effective workshops in the community=Donations$

4)  Donations=Helping individuals, worthwhile causes, area exposure, and name recognition.

5)  Name recognition=Community trust and efficacy.

Where do we start?  The internet and those who tell other people that BTTBP is here to assist with sexual minority health needs and to make sure that John and Jane have what they need whether they are in Wasilla, Alaska or San Francisco, California.

We are by our very design open to every individual idea/goal and to move that idea/goal forward, gather warranted support, and obtain the acheivement.  BTTBP is at the disposal of your ideas.  Use the foundation for the good intent that it is proposed for and do something with it

The tools are available.  It's up to us/you to build something.  We'll help build it.  There are power in numbers so let's start building the numbers.  The structure is about finished  If the old saying is true, build it and they will come, we should start sweeping the street for the line to form
