September 3, Positive Affirmation for Abundance

Greetings! Our theme is Abundance. This first week of the month we work with releasing and cleansing non-abundance. Following today’s affirmation are comments about the affirmation, suggestions for your process, and information about related articles.

DailyAffirm is celebrating its twelfth Anniversary this month!

I let go of all blockages to abundance.
Resistance dissolves. Jealousy transmutes. Inadequacy dissipates.

About Today’s Affirmation
Humans have a lot in common with houses. One commonality is that both have to be cleaned regularly. The affirmations this week are intended to assist in this cleaning and clearing. Resistance, jealousy, and inadequacy collected from past experiences are just some of the dynamics that clutter up the energy field. As you let them go by taking them to the energetic trash bin, space is created for the abundance of spirit. Keep in mind that these dynamics to be released are those that have collected in the energy field, not thoughts and emotions that are honest expressions of today’s experiences. When you no longer have clutter from the past, you are self-cleaning.

About Your Process
When you come across a file from 1989 that has no interest or relevance to you today, what do you do with it? I expect the answer is that you take it to the recycling bin or the paper shredder, where angels are waiting for this raw material to transform its energy for more useful purposes than creating confusion with the present files. As you work with today’s affirmation (and, as always, feel free to change the words if others resonate more closely for you), you may also want to clean out a closet or a drawer or cabinet. What you do on one level impacts other levels. So, clean, wash, scrub. Remember to do it joyously.

August 19, Positive Affirmation for Peace

Posted on August 19, 2008 by Jeanie Marshall

"I remember peace.
I remember who I Am.
I Am Peace.
"

?Internet Radio Interview! On August 25, 10 pm Eastern time (7 pm Pacific time), Elizabeth Bohorquez, RN, C.Ht will interview me on her BlogTalkRadio Show. We are planning to create a peaceful and calming experience.

?Greetings! Our theme is Peace at DailyAffirm, http://dailyaffirm.wordpress.com. This third week of the month we work with our being and intention for peace. Following today’s affirmation are comments about the affirmation, suggestions for your process, and information about articles. See top tabs and navigation bar links for more information, including subscribing to email alerts.

About Today’s Affirmation
The peace to call to your memory today is a peace more profound than the absence of war; it is the peace that passes human understanding. It is the peace that reminds you that all is well, tells you that you are safe. It is the peace on earth that manifests in the lives of individuals. It is not a fantasy, not an illusion, but real peace. This peace manifests with the power of the I Am presence flowing consciously through you saying, "I Am Peace" and then continues to choose peace. You must choose to live in peace. And choose again. And again.

About Your Process
Remember your role or part in manifesting peace, which is significant. You need not feel responsible beyond your own piece of the planet, your own world. Just show up 100% in each moment of today in your piece of the world with your peace in your heart, and you have done your part. Remember (and re-member) God’s whisper to your soul. Remember that whatever follows "I am" is magnified, multiplied, and enhanced. Make the words that follow "I am" worthy of expansion.

About Targets for Love and Peace
Target: Robert R.
Intention:
We embrace Robert in Love and Healing light so that Robert feels overwhelming joy in his heart and body. He walks in joy, beauty, internal love, acceptance and grace.

Target: All those who desire clarity
Intention:
We surround with loving consciousness all those who are looking for the "way." We embrace them with our spiritual arms as they open their minds and hearts without fear, full of trust to being guided by God (as they know God), accepting that realization of God is the "way."

Make this a memorable day!

August 20, Positive Affirmation for Peace

Posted on August 20, 2008 by Jeanie Marshall

"I understand the meaning of peace.
I let peace express itself through me.
"

One of the ways to understand something deeply is to merge with it, to become one with it, to become it. Such a process can feel a little scary when you want to understand certain things or people. Even peace. For, in order to become one with peace, you must turn your attention away from un-peace and non-peace and anti-peace and war and anti-war, and turn it to peaceful thoughts. The more you give your attention to what you want, the more easily you can attract more of the same. Let the consciousness of peace be with you, flow through you, and stand in, around, and under your energy field.

About Your Process
Consider what it means in your own life for peace to express itself through you. At first, this might seem like a strange idea. How can peace have the consciousness to express itself? If it helps you to personify peace in order to understand this affirmation, change the third person singular impersonal pronoun (it) to second person (you) or third person singular (she/her or he/him). Here is one variation of today’s affirmation personifying peace: "I understand your meaning, Peace. I let you express yourself through me." The purpose of this affirmation is to let you be a place for the consciousness of peace to live.

August 21, Positive Affirmation for Peace

Posted on August 21, 2008 by Jeanie Marshall

"Peace enhances and underpins all my thoughts and feelings.
Peace is worthy of my attention."

Peace is everywhere. In some places you must work harder to uncover it than in other places, but it is everywhere. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to affirm that peace is worthy of your attention. The ideas and things to which you give your attention expand. And expand. And expand. You want to magnify and intensify those ideas and feelings that you admire and prefer, so give those your attention. Yes, of course, the negative stuff also exists, but do not keep bringing the negative into the foreground. The negative belongs in the background to enhance the images in the foreground.

About Your Process
To what do you give your attention? Surely if you are working with these affirmations each day, you are giving your attention to peace. At least for a while. And when the words of the affirmation fade into the activities of the day, to what do you give your attention? Here is a simple exercise that you can play with. Did you take any photographs on your most recent holiday / vacation / celebration? If so, look at those. Look first at the film (the negatives) then the prints (the positives). Which is more pleasant? Which is more intriguing? Which is more discernible? Can you turn your attention from fascination with the distortions to focus on the positive? Today, to what do you give your attention?

About Targets for Love and Peace
Target: John C.
Intention: We embrace John C. in love and respect and support his higher intention of moving to a place of peace and tranquility. The universe is opening new doors and revealing to him new horizons.

About the Next Type of Affirmations
This is the last of the Being/Intending Affirmations this month. Tomorrow begins the Acting/Claiming) Affirmations, so consider anything else that is relevant to you about your relationship to peace. Be certain you have clarity about this theme before you affirm actions and make claims. You may also want to reflect on how you have deepened your understanding of your over-arching intention for peace.

Make this an expansive day!

August 22, Positive Affirmation for Peace

Posted on August 22, 2008 by Jeanie Marshall

"Peace energizes my actions. I move on my path in peace."

This fourth week of the month we work with acting and claiming peace. Following today’s affirmation are comments about the affirmation, suggestions for your process, and information about articles. See top tabs and navigation bar links for more information, including subscribing to email alerts.

About Today’s Affirmation
Today, DailyAffirm shifts into action-oriented affirmations to encourage you to affirm that your actions are propelled by the energy of peace. It is very popular these days to use the word "path" when talking about a spiritual journey in this life. While the word may be commonly used, you perhaps have different perceptions of your path than others have of their path. Sometimes it is helpful to envision what the path looks or feels like before you gas up your vehicle.

About Your Process
When you see or imagine your "path" what do you see or imagine? Is your path straight and fixed, such as train tracks? Or is your path winding, such as a path in the woods that meanders around trees and streams? Or is your path rocky, such as a gravelly driveway? Or is your path one which goes straight up to heaven on a ladder? Or is your path cloudy in one moment, clear the next; swampy in one moment, solid in the next; boring in one moment, colorful in the next? What is your path? Are you moving on it in peace or mostly peace or with peace in your heart?

About Specific Targets for Love and Peace
Here are some examples to inspire and touch you.

Target: All Dailyaffirm Readers
Intention:
We know that we are all filled with love and light to make a positive difference in our world.

Target: Those who live alone
Intention:
We extend the loving and peaceful consciousness of the Spirit so that all those who experience aloneness or loneliness or isolation may feel the presence of love, joy, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness.

Make this an energetic day!

August 23, Positive Affirmation for Peace

Posted on August 23, 2008 by Jeanie Marshall

"I act with peace in my heart.
I speak with peace on my lips. I walk with peace in my feet.

This fourth week of the month we work with acting and claiming peace. Following today’s affirmation are comments about the affirmation, suggestions for your process, and information about articles. See top tabs and navigation bar links for more information, including subscribing to email alerts.

About Today’s Affirmation
This affirmation invites the Spirit of peace to touch you in all parts of your being. Emotionally, let peace touch you so that you act in heart-felt ways. Let your mental body be filled with peace so that the words you draw from your thoughts are inundated with the energy of peace. Let your physical body be showered with the consciousness of peace, right down to the bottoms of your feet, so that every step you take is a step with peace, for peace, in peace, as peace. Be filled to overflowing with peace.

About Your Process
As you reflect on this affirmation, you may find that one particular aspect of your being is more in need of the light of peace. It is sometimes helpful to focus on one aspect at a time: physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual. Of course, you are all one (not four isolated parts), but sometimes it is helpful to look at the parts to understand and appreciate the whole more completely. You may find that you resonate with only one of the three statements and choose to work with that one. Or you may find that you repeat one statement more frequently than the other two. Play with the affirmation; make it work for you.

About Targets for Love and Peace
Target: Gastao F.
Intention: We surround Gastao F. in light and peace of mind, knowing that all is well, regardless of appearances. We honor the mysteries of life and death. We give thanks to the Divine for this life and all life.

August 24, Positive Affirmation for Peace

Posted on August 24, 2008 by Jeanie Marshall

"I claim my peace, my power. Peace is my power."

?Internet Radio Interview Tomorrow!

This fourth week of the month we work with acting and claiming peace. Following today’s affirmation are comments about the affirmation, suggestions for your process, and information about articles. See top tabs and navigation bar links for more information, including subscribing to email alerts.

About Today’s Affirmation
The word "power" has a negative punch for many folks. In hockey and business, a common expression is "power play." Terms like "political power" or "power politics" are usually said with disdain or envy. The "power of money" usually means that those who have money make the decisions or have influence over those who do not have money. Considering "peace as power" creates a different picture. To claim peace, you must be peaceful. You must be what you seek, walk your talk, embody what you desire. Peace is powerful; conflict can also be powerful. You may find that this is the perfect time to let go of the fascination with war and distortions as you move to claim peace in your own life.

About Your Process
What images/feelings/thoughts come to you as you read today’s affirmation or as you see the word "power"? The more you can come to peace with the idea of power, the more you can step into your own power. True power comes from inside you, not from a title or office or game or status symbol. The power of peace is unlimited. What is the power of peace for you? How does the power of peace manifest in your life?

About Targets for Peace and Love
Target: Children of the world
Intention: We lovingly embrace the children of the world so that they know peace in their lifetime, a world at peace with itself, a world at peace, filled with light, love and laughter.

TeleSeminar on Setting an Intention

August 25, Positive Affirmation for Peace

Posted on August 25, 2008 by Jeanie Marshall

"I manifest all things in association with peace.
Peace is my partner.
"

?Internet Radio Interview Today!

This fourth week of the month we work with acting and claiming peace. Following today’s affirmation are comments about the affirmation, suggestions for your process, and information about articles. See top tabs and navigation bar links for more information, including subscribing to email alerts.

About Today’s Affirmation
Ah, such a partner, Peace. All that you have manifested on the physical plane has been a process of co-creation. Sometimes you co-create what you like or prefer and sometimes you co-create what you do not like or prefer. Your own creations depend on where you put your attention. Today, let peace provide the energy to co-create those things that you desire. You do not need to ask peace to be with you in partnership, just give peace your attention and you are in partnership. The consciousness of peace propels your actions. Peace is with you. I encourage you to find a way to accept that others choose to partner with non-peace or another interpretation of peace.

About Your Process
So, what is it you desire to manifest today? A report? A shift in a relationship? New clients or customers? Innovative products? A clean house? Your manifestation may be big or small, mundane or profound, simple or complex, quiet or noisy. The proof of manifestation is not so much the focus of today’s affirmation as the process of manifesting with peace.

Make this a collaborative day!

August 26, Positive Affirmation for Peace

Posted on August 26, 2008 by Jeanie Marshall

"I draw a circle of peace.
I give my peaceful energy to places on the planet calling for harmony."

?Greetings! Our theme is Peace at DailyAffirm, http://dailyaffirm.wordpress.com. This fourth week of the month we work with acting and claiming peace. Following today’s affirmation are comments about the affirmation, suggestions for your process, and information about articles. See top tabs and navigation bar links for more information, including subscribing to email alerts.

About Today’s Affirmation
This affirmation embodies the idea of Targets for Love and Peace that many of you have been working with throughout this month. Any place that is in disharmony is calling for harmony; any part in pain is calling for relief; any person who is living in ignorance is calling for enlightenment. Newspapers and news broadcasts help you to identify which people, places, things, and ideas are calling for love and light and peace. Your own personal experiences also give you clues for targets. Draw a circle around each target and all targets, and then fill the circles with peaceful energy. When you identify your targets, you clear yourself of anger, resentment, judgment, remorse, disdain, or pity. The targets probably already have plenty of these energies! Instead, give them your attention with Peace; give them your attention with Love.

About Your Process
Around what do you draw a circle today? Perhaps you create a circle around yourself or a part of your physical body or your community or the whole world. You have permission to be selfish or selfless, whatever feels appropriate for you right now. Envisioning peace in a circle any place on the planet enhances your own awareness of peace. And remember, you need not limit yourself to only one circle; circles of peace are unlimited. With your intention high, you make a positive difference.

Target: Abundance and Abundance Consciousness
Intention: We hold a vision of enLIGHTenment flowing into the consciousness of everyone on the planet, creating the REALization that there is more than enough for all, and manifesting the TRUTH of abundance.

Make this an embracing day!

August 27, Positive Affirmation for Peace

Posted on August 27, 2008 by Jeanie Marshall

"I let every act be an act of peace.
My peaceful consciousness makes a difference to my world.
"

This affirmation reminds you that peace can be invited into every action you take. Peace is not passive. Peace, of course, can be gentle, even silent, yet peace is also action-oriented. Ordinary daily activities such as brushing your teeth and talking on the telephone and eating your breakfast can be experienced with a whole new perspective by associating them with a peaceful consciousness. So, too, extraordinary acts can be peaceful. It is the consciousness of peace that manifests the acts that you call peaceful.

About Your Process
What, to you, is a "peaceful consciousness"? What, to you, is a "peaceful act"? You may find you have very broad definitions or narrow and exacting ones. Regardless of your personal definition, though, your consciousness and your actions do make a positive difference in your world when they are peaceful. Identify some action you will take today (call it a "target" if you wish) and bathe it with the consciousness of peace. Remember, also, that it is acceptable to act in a non-peaceful way and then find a peaceful resolution.

About the DailyAffirm Bookstore
We have created the DailyAffirm BookStore to highlight books and other resources related to the monthly themes. Please visit the BookStore Section on Peace for August.

TeleSeminar on Setting an Intention
DailyAffirm Focuses on intention at the beginning of each month and during the third week. In addition to a hands-on experience, you will also be treated to a guided visualization that further accelerates your intention. You receive a free MP3 of the TeleSeminar after the event. August 28, Positive Affirmation for Peace

Posted on August 28, 2008 by Jeanie Marshall

"I act with purposeful awareness of peace in every moment."

Much of humanity is opening to a new conscious awareness. Humans are already conscious beings, becoming more conscious of consciousness. When you are aware of your own process and its purpose, you are intentionally conscious of being conscious. When you first become aware of something, you might experience pain or exhilaration or fear or curiosity. Awakening is a personal experience, as personal and varied as the awakening from nighttime sleep that you experience every day. Some grumble, some yawn, some leap from their beds, some sing to the sun, some reach for their glasses on the bed stand, some roll over to return to sleep. So, too, awakening from unconsciousness to consciousness and then awakening to purposeful awareness are individual processes. Today, awaken to the awareness of peace.

About Your Process
Do you consider yourself to be aware? Your answer is probably "yes" and perhaps even a resounding "yes!" To which my next question is: Of what? It may be very easy for you to say that you are conscious, that you are aware. To claim purposeful awareness is a step beyond being conscious. And yet another step is to be purposefully aware in every moment. Knowing that additional consciousness is available can be a source of great comfort. Are you acting with the enlightenment of peace?

About the Next Type of Affirmations
This is the last of the Acting/Claiming Affirmations this month. Tomorrow the Integrating/Embodying peace affirmations begin.  Today is a good day to check for a final action you might want to take to demonstrate peace. Of course, each day forward you might want to claim and demonstrate peace. A re-visit of your over-arching intention for peace also allows you to integrate more fully all that you have learned this month.

Make this an awakening day!

August 29, Positive Affirmation for Peace

Posted on August 29, 2008 by Jeanie Marshall

"I breathe in peace, I breathe out peace."

?Greetings! Our theme is Peace at DailyAffirm, http://dailyaffirm.wordpress.com. These last days of the month we work with integrating and embodying peace. Following today’s affirmation are comments about the affirmation, suggestions for your process, and information about related articles.

About Today’s Affirmation
The DailyAffirm process now shifts to helping you to integrate and embody your thoughts and feelings about the exploration of peace during this month. Today’s affirmation allows your breath to assist with the integration. When you begin to clear (as, for example, at the beginning of the month on DailyAffirm or the beginning of a new awakening), I am likely to say "Breathe in peace, breathe out non-peace" or other such words and ideas. I find it helpful to use the in-breath to receive light or anything else that you desire while you use the out-breath to let go of darkness or anything that you wish to release. In today’s affirmation, letting go becomes as simple and matter of fact as breathing in and breathing out.

About Your Process
Today’s affirmation is an ideal one to chant. That is, to say the affirmation either aloud or silently over and over again, rhythmically. You may even find yourself singing the words so that you create a song. You can let your breath create the tempo. You can also use this affirmation to slow you down: if you are agitated, start by saying the affirmation quickly and then gradually slow down until you have calmed and relaxed yourself. Feel the peace.

About a Quotation
"Better than a thousand useless words is one single word that gives peace. Better than a thousand useless verses is one single verse that gives peace. Better than a hundred useless poems is one single poem that gives peace." -The Dhammapada (c. B.C. 300)

About Targets for Love and Peace
Target: Adult Children
Intention: We lovingly accept the adult children of the world who still feel like a hurting child within. We know that within us is a child who is ready to grow up and live fully in this life. We surround all children with our love.

Make this a peace-full day!

August 30, Positive Affirmation for Peace

Posted on August 30, 2008 by Jeanie Marshall

"Peace is a personal choice."

?Greetings! Our theme is Peace at DailyAffirm, http://dailyaffirm.wordpress.com. These last days of the month we work with integrating and embodying peace. Following today’s affirmation are comments about the affirmation, suggestions for your process, and information about related articles.

About Today’s Affirmation
Today’s affirmation is the motto of the Targets for Love and Peace Project which so many of you have been supporting this month with your Targets. It is up to each individual to make a choice to live in peace. Others can choose non-peace while you choose peace. The whole world has the capacity to allow for a myriad of choices. Make your personal choice for your personal world.

About Your Process
This is the perfect day to identify one part of your life in which to make a choice for peace. It may be that you make peace with piles of papers or undone projects. Or perhaps today is the day to make peace with a sibling or other family member. Or if a disagreement has been brewing in the neighborhood, that may draw your attention for your choice for peace. Choose peace to create a onederful world, your world.

About Targets for Love and Peace
Target: My Neighbors
Intention: We bathe people who are too heavy or hard on themselves in Love and Peace so that they realize that getting "the light" may not just mean "illumination with the warm, red light of God" but also "lightening up" in relationships and on themselves.

TeleSeminar Recording on "Money Prosperity Abundance"
This MP3 is an excellent supplement to the exploration of Abundance that we begin in two days. Do you want more money? more prosperity? more abundance? Allowing each to be a distinct container, you can more easily receive all that you need ?and more. This one-hour recorded seminar includes a guided visualization that enhances and embodies the ideas. read more details on "Money Prosperity Abundance"TeleSeminar. Or check out all my Teleseminars.

Make this a onederful day!

August 31, Positive Affirmation for Peace

Posted on August 31, 2008 by Jeanie Marshall

"Today is an opportunity for peace."

?Greetings! Our theme is Peace at DailyAffirm, http://dailyaffirm.wordpress.com. These last days of the month we work with integrating and embodying peace. Following today’s affirmation are comments about the affirmation, suggestions for your process, and information about related articles.

About Today’s Affirmation
Every single moment is an opportunity for peace, as is each act, each word, each thought, each feeling. To be truly peaceful, you do not manipulate your environment. Your environment is a playground or playing field for learning and growing and experiencing. Peace comes from the inside. If you look to the outside for peace, you have too many possibilities that scatter your attention. The search for Oneness is complete by turning deep within. Peace is not an external process, even though external manifestations are part of the process. It is incumbent upon you as an individual to choose to be peaceful, regardless of what is happening outside and around you.

About Your Process
Today is the perfect day to reflect on all the realizations about peace that you have had this month. So, ask yourself what you have learned about peace, what you have learned about yourself, what you have learned about the world. Please re-visit your over-arching intention that you set at the beginning of the month. Perhaps you now have a greater realization of the words you used in your initial intention. Or, you may find that you desire to change some of those words so that they are more congruent with the person you are today.

About Targets for Love and Peace
Target: Abundance and Abundance Consciousness
Intention: We hold a vision of enLIGHTenment flowing into the consciousness of everyone on the planet, creating the REALization that there is more than enough for all, and manifesting the TRUTH of abundance.

About the Next Type of Affirmations and New Theme
This is the last of the Integrating/Embodying Affirmations, and the final affirmations for Peace. Tomorrow begins a new month and a new theme. For some of you, this may well be the most important theme of the year: Abundance. I find that when I say "abundance" others often hear or think "money" and even more specifically, they feel the lack of money. I do not equate money and abundance. And, trust me, if you stop equating the two you will experience more of both!!!!! Please stay with the DailyAffirm Process. If the first week is challenging, persevere. This is not a time to give up anything but resistance and your belief in limitation.

Make this a peaceful day!

September 1, Positive Affirmation for Abundance

Posted on September 1, 2008 by Jeanie Marshall

"I give myself permission to release lack
easily and effortlessly from every level of the energy field.
"

?Greetings! Our theme is Abundance at DailyAffirm, http://dailyaffirm.wordpress.com. This first week of the month we work with releasing and cleansing non-peace. Following today’s affirmation are comments about the affirmation, suggestions for your process, and information about related articles. See top tabs and navigation bar links for more information and resources.

DailyAffirm is celebrating its fourteenth Anniversary this month! Celebrate with us. Tell your friends. End your limiting beliefs about money!

About Today’s Affirmation
This very powerful affirmation opens up the release of much that has built up and believed in the human consciousness. Ideas about anti-abundance are everywhere: thoughts about not enough, feelings of low self esteem, fears about money, limitations in accomplishments, thoughts about limited resources, feelings of insecurity, beliefs of unworthiness. These have been created by the part of the human will that has chosen to focus on lack and limitation. It is truly time to give your attention to those thoughts that help you to create experiences of abundance and joy. You can let anti-abundance go easily and effortlessly or you can resist and argue for your limitations. You must make your own choice.

It is important not to take the discussion of "lack consciousness" personally. Each person is responsible for some part of the lack consciousness, but much of it has been around for a long time. Unfortunately, lack consciousness is alive and well in all parts of the planet. You can change this dynamic in your part of the planet simply by giving your attention to what you want to create or feel.

About Your Process
Do you argue for your limitations? Hint: you argue for your limitations when you insist that you have it rough or when you try to convince someone how sick / poor / unable you are.

Do you believe there is not enough? Hint: you believe there is not enough when you hoard resources (time, money, other resources) or are afraid there will not be adequate resources in the future.

Do you feel insecure? Hint: you feel insecure when you consider yourself a victim or when you have a generalized fear that you are unsafe.

All these dynamics, and many other examples, are part of the "lack consciousness." Many folks have colluded to create a strong belief in lack. And here’s the Truth: these are false beliefs unless you believe they are true!!!!! They are not absolute, although they may seem or feel absolute, and you can certainly make them real when you give your attention to them. However, they are manifestations and creations of the human consciousness. Please know, this is the good news. Why? Because you can start right now to create a new reality for yourself.

September 2, Positive Affirmation for Abundance

Posted on September 2, 2008 by Jeanie Marshall

"I rescind obsolete vows of
struggle, poverty, sacrifice, and unworthiness."

This "rescinding vows of limitation" affirmation applies only to outdated vows, not to current, desired vows. A vow is an oath, promise, pledge, commitment, declaration, etc. When initially promised, vows may have been conscious or unconscious, formal or informal, intentional or unintentional, religious or secular.

Words such as "never" and "always" and "forever" punctuate vows with longevity (eternity is a long time). Intensity adds further impact. "I’ll never be good enough" is a powerful vow of limitation. "I will struggle to my death" is a vow of limitation which can be active according to your beliefs about death. "I give all my money and property to God" is a rather interesting vow of poverty, since the universal source of energy does not have much use for money or property.

Many such vows have been reinforced in the energy field generation after generation, transferred through culture, custom, and heredity. As you release these outdated vows, you also release yourself, which many refer to as "forgiveness."

About Your Process
In addition to working with today’s affirmation by writing or saying it, you may find it helpful to identify the exact vow or statement that you most desire to rescind. What past vows of limitation are relevant to your situation? "You’ll never have everything you want" may be the statement of a loving parent cushioning a child against disappointment, but it has the impact of a vow of limitation for the child who grows to an adult with the same limitation. Someone growing up with the adage "The love of money is the root of all evil" is unlikely to have a positive relationship with money, or love for that matter. "If you work hard, you will make money" has a panorama of paths to conditions of happiness or unhappiness, easy or hard work, money or lack of it.

About Rescinding Limiting Beliefs
I have posted an article at my Web Site explaining the process of rescinding limiting beliefs. This extensive article is available in several sections. Read Rescinding Obsolete Thoughts and Limiting Beliefs.

TeleSeminar Recording on "Money Prosperity Abundance"
This MP3 is an excellent supplement to the exploration of Abundance that we’ve just begun. Do you want more money? more prosperity? more abundance? Allowing each to be a distinct container, you can more easily receive all that you need ?and more. This one-hour recorded seminar includes a guided visualization that enhances and embodies the ideas. read more details on "Money Prosperity Abundance" TeleSeminar MP3.
