Letterman continues his comments on Thursday (the night after McCain bailed on him) . . . and went on a great length in a humorous but piercingly critical manner that did McCain no good at all . . . He even managed to get in a few about Sarah Palin . . . as he had the night before.

Yes, was more than a one, two punch.  Enjoyed watching it and would have to say that the publicity must have hurt the McCain/Palin campaign in some way.  Of course,  McCain's stunt of the week seems to have hurt him in the polls by some 11 points if not more perhaps
