Well folks, I haven't heard much from Sophie and I think she is still not feeling well. Ed is quite busy but his efforts here are much appreciated. Perhaps another management or lead role position is needed and I'll give that some thought. Our Meth Project state correspondents are almost all MIA & I just don't know what to think. We'll just keep chipping away as we can. I will continue to post some things here and there but I must switch gears and start building the corporate website. I will start on it tomorrow and over the weekend. It will absorb most of my time, especially as I do not have any professional expertise to rely on if I run into problems. I'm sure once the corporation is formed, people will line up for our cause if we wave the almighty dollar bill and that's all fine and justified. WE will remember those who helped us get this thing rolling as volunteers. Those of you who post and take part in meaningful dialogue are those who I am referring to. Those of you who network and attempt to connect what we do here with other organizations are those who I am referring to. I deeply appreciate your efforts So, as I switch gears here, please help us keep the group active and productive. There is plenty of structure here that supports great causes and they desperately need attention; perhaps a few minutes a day will go along way. If you're interested, you can follow the progress or follow the disaster in the making at www.backtothebasicsplease.com as I start on this project from what they call "SCRATCH." There are no walls, there is no foundation. There is not one bit of code written to support anything yet so the books will be coming out, and the cuss words will fly at times assuredly. Hopefully, the finished product will be something that everybody will be able to enjoy and find functional as well as "user friendly." Brandon |
