"All will seem fine for a day or two then I get the WAOL  errors again
and AOL crashes and Windows restarts itself!!!! And sometimes when it restarts itself AOL is missing when it comes back up and I have to reinstall it???"
Its the incompatability of the new AOL and IE -- happens all the time
SL is right-- get a newer computer
at $499 its a good start. add 512 meg of ram  - better still call dell up and tell them what you want to do.
