Ok, will try to explain.    When I delete something and it goes to the recycle bin, I can not see it there.............nada.    I have a program called McAffee Quick Clean Lite.  and that is where the problem is.   I can clean the recycle bin from there, BUT need to be able to know what I am deleteing, in case I need to restore.
Have found out that there is a bug in the Quick Clean program from reading about the same problem that other's have had.   Called Dell, and they told me to re-format the harddrive.   Definitely don't want to do this.   And that is there answer to everything.   Won't help you with Software, even though they installed Windows.
Also read that un-installing the QuickClean program and re-installing did NOT correct the problem.  I think there may be some sort of file either missing or damaged, but don't know what.

DOES ANYONE HERE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR ME TO TRY?
