Ingredients
4 cups cranberries 1 cup seedless raisins 1 2/3 cup sugar 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp ground cloves 1/4 tsp ground ginger 1 cup water 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup sliced celery 1 medium sized apple pared, quartered & chopped
Procedure
Combine cranberries, raisins, sugar , cinnamon, ginger, cloves & water in a large saucepan. Cook until berries pop & mixture thickens. Stir in onion, apple & celery, simmer 15 minutes or longer until thick. Cool & refrigerate. Enjoy.
