As I'm sure many of you are well aware, the quality of this tree of message boards has gone in the shitter over the past 6 months.  I, as well as others, believe that it's been the inability to separate out the quality threads from the other crap, mainly political stuff, that has caused the drop-off.

This board is now designated as, per the title, Stock Talk, and I'll watch over it.  No, I'm not going to be Mr. Nitpicky, every single message that you post doesn't have to be specifically about stocks.  If you want to make fun of someone, or have a quick sidebar discussion, I see no problem in that.  But let's be real clear about why we're all here in the first place, and that is to talk about stocks.

I will be inviting in a few friends from varying levels of knowledge in the stock market, all of which I think can bring some of the quality that once was prevalent to this board.

A few other small pointers...  Please use these labels in the Subject line of a thread if it applies to the stock: ex. TVIN making a run! (Light) (OB)
1. (Penny): For any stock under, or hovering around the $0.50 mark.
2. (Light): For any stock trading averaging a relatively small volume (generally, under 300,000)
3. (OB): For stocks trading on the OTC-BB
4. (PK): For stocks trading on Pink Sheets

If anyone else has any suggestions, feel free to post.

I have just joined your chatroom. As a new member I want to assemble around those that have the same/similiar views as myself. Not that they need agree with me.....but upon the topic itself. Might I receive some response to this ?
Thank you for your time and consideration. It is greatly appreciated.
I remain;
Respectfully Yours,
M. Lane Landrie
