I was wondering if anyone else was following the changes with Titan Energy Worldwide- TEWW.ob. I have been following this stock since last year as my speculative stock and it seems like it's about to pop. Last summer it popped quickly with the rumers of an army contract. They didn't get the contract then due to needed changes of thier product the Titan 5000. If you read thier news releases over the past year you will see the have completly redone thier Titan 5000. Over the past few months they have hired all the top managment and acquried a second large production facility ( Stellar Energy) they would need to start a large production project. They had also received a multi million dollar grant to adapt the Titan 5000 to other fuel sources, all this is in thier past year news releases online. My last indicator was this past quarter, they continue to double thier profits every quarter since the Titan 5000 acquisition and this past quarter they filed a REGDEX the last day of the quarter. Which usually indicates a large insider stock buy, but to get a copy of this from the SEC is time consuming. The REGDEX is a paper filing that you have to request thru the SEC public library which takes up to four weeks to get. So my question to anyone out thier is has anyone seen a copy of  this REGDEX paper filing posted the last day of the quarter but back dated the legal limit of two weeks. It seems thier trying to keep something under wraps, but I have been following this company for over a year now and I think I've done my due diligence and would really appreciate any information anyone out thier could share.
