Did anyone notice, either the producers screwed up a line or John made a mistake and no one noticed but before the baby anyone could even see the baby, John said "Do it for your daughter, your grand daughter!" to Marlena but he couldn't have known unless I missed something and Belle and Phillip knew in advance the gender of the baby but I don't think so
