Days 2 Rules

This group was set up with one primary goal. To give people a place where they could speak freely about a Soap Opera with fictitious characters, as long as they first follow MSN’s Code of Conduct and or Canada's  Code Of Conduct  ,which remember, you agreed to before joining this or any group. The most important rule set forth by MSN is “Being a good Neighbor.”  By this they mean to treat everyone with respect. We’re all entitled to our opinions so we need to respect each other’s comments. Management will delete threads we feel violate this rule or related messages pertaining to an inappropriate response without giving an explanation .

When joining this group, set your e-mail option to read messages on the web. Those who set their e-mail options to receive messages in their in box will have their membership canceled.

Please keep in mind when a person talks about a character, they're not talking about the person playing the part but a character created for the show and one who too has rules to follow, such as what to say, what to do, how to wear their hair or what clothes to use.  Therefore comments such as this character is wearing an ugly outfit and all they do is hop in bed or whine, are acceptable, however, comments that have to do with a person’s physical appearance are not. Again, comments we feel are inappropriate will be deleted.

Your comments are important to us. With that said, please keep in mind that using tiny fonts, fancy fonts that most people don’t have on their computer, or light text, could be hard to read. Therefore, if you use one of these, people may skip over what you typed because it’s just too hard for them to see it. The same goes for using all CAPs. Aside from it being hard to read, it’s considered yelling. Please do not type out an entire message in all caps. You don’t want people to think you’re yelling at us, now do you?
Using wide graphics will cause people to have to scroll when reading a thread, therefore we ask that you check the dimension size of any graphics you plan to use and be sure it's not more then 468 pixels wide.
Be careful when adding our screen caps. If you put more then 2 on the same line, you'll go over the 468 pixel limit.
(Ask a question on the General message board if you don't understand what this means.)

Be sure you've read MSN's code of conduct and understand what you've agreed to. Harrassing people or being disrespectful to fellow members is not tolerated. Remember, MSN says we must be "good neighbors."
You also have to be careful about posting or uploading copyright information. If you don't own something and didn't get permission to use something, "DO NOT" post it in our group or management will delete it. Remember, many graphics are copyright.

The screen caps you find uploaded daily in this group are for our members to enjoy "in this group only". If you want to use them someplace else, please e-mail Sheryl to get permission to use them and "always" give credit back to Days2 along with a comment that the screen caps are not to be used unless they've asked Sheryl for permission. An entire days worth of screen caps are not to be uploaded to any other groups or web sites. If you want people to see them, put a link on your site to Days2. These screen caps are open for the public to see.

Please do not use this group for advertisement. If you'd like to have a link to another soap site posted on our soap link page, e-mail the managers with the link and we'll consider it.

If you join this group and immediately post links to other sites before becoming an active member, we will consider it "Spam" and will remove the links and or message. The same holds true for non active members who appear to use the message board as a way to advertise other sites.

Even though this group is rated for "mature" people, please try and keep your conversations as "G" rated as possible and avoid the using offensive language.

Nudity of any sort is not allowed. Please remember this when setting up your profile.

Management will delete threads we find to be too offensive with no explanation given or cancel memberships if we find you've posted any nude pictures under your profile. If we have to cancel your membership, we will try and first warn you and allow you time to remove any offensive graphics.

Please “try” to refrain from posting spoilers where anyone can read them, especially people who don’t like to be spoiled.

What is a spoiler? Anything that hasn’t aired in the US.

Canadians see the show a day ahead of the people in the US so talking about your episode the day it airs, is considered a spoiler for most of us.

We’re not saying you can’t talk about spoilers, but please talk about them in the appropriate area or at least alert the General message board readers to the fact you’ll be talking about a spoiler.

We’ve set up a message board for Spoilers and other related Days news, plus a message board for the Canadian viewers. Your spoiler would be more suited at either of these message boards but are acceptable on the General Message board, as long as you let us know you’re posting a spoiler. Not everyone likes to know the ending of a story before you get to it so please "try" and respect those who don’t want to be spoiled and don’t give anything away before it happens. Never assume everyone knows everything you know.

Thank you for taking the time to read this page. Now go have some fun and talk about this show.
