Another earthquake hits Salem: Sami, Lucas, and Kate are in Sami's apartment arguing when the earthquake tumbles pieces of the roof down on them. Kate is mostly unscathed and sees Sami and Lucas unconcious and trapped...She first tries to free Lucas but finds she isn't strong enough. Then Sami comes to and yells for Lucas. Kate screams, "Sami, he's trapped! I can't lift this by myself!!". Sami screams, "Lucas! Are you alive?! Oh, my God!! Kate, you've got to help me so, I can help get Lucas free!". Against her nature but so that she can help her son, Kate helps get Sami out and together they rescue a banged up (and hunky) Lucas. From that day forward: Kate realizes how very much Sami loves Lucas and Sami is so grateful to Kate for rescuing her that all is forgiven and they live happily ever after.....Meanwhile, at the Penthouse Grill, Belle gets hit in the head during the earthquake and loses her memory. When she comes to in Phillip's arms, she believes she's in love with him and doesn't remember Shawn (oh, and she can act better too). Jan gets knocked out and a hole is torn in Shawn's cage so he can escape... And last, but not least, the earthquake tears up the graveyard and reveals that there are no bodies in any of the recent "victim's" coffins and there is a map found in the rubble at Tony's mansion showing the location of the island and a list/plan for all the "victims".
